*West Bengal govt protests against Centre's stand on NURM* Kolkata, Jul 6:
The West Bengal government has decided to implement under protest the
conditions enforced by the Centre under the National Urban Renewal
Mission.
Replying to the debate on the budgetary demands for
grants of his department, Urban Development and Municipal
Affairs Minister Ashok Bhattacharye told the Assembly that although
the total corpus
