Now that is a good system we think. take out a tender for every DDA
committee, the highest bidder gets to be on it! should there not be a
CVC-Norms-Complaint process for auctioning the law?
Why, all of a sudden, is there a need to "regularize" farmhouses and
'colonies of affluent (or should we say effluent) people'? By the latter
they mean Sainik Farms etcetera, right? Might do good to inspect the
constitution of the committee and its linkages (Professional, all the
way) to the original developers and property agents at some of these
'colonies of effluent'. Seriously, go dig!
Coincidentally, there has been this jump in property prices in and
around Sainik Farms in the last few months, and a bigger one in the last
few weeks, ask a dealer.
